Which tyres are best for Freelander 2?

The manufacturer fitted Pirelli Scorpion Zero M + S tyres on my Land Rover Freelander 2 will need replacing soon. The car is predominantly used on road, a mix of long and local journeys, with occasional use on a relatively flat sandy beach and a steep concrete slipway for boat launching/recovery. Which tyres would you recommend as replacements?

More of the same. Pirelli Scorpion are the Land Rover recommended tyres fitted to the demo fleet.
