Is new car paint sealant worth the money?

I am soon getting a new Peugeot RCZ and the dealer has offered Protect Paint Sealer on my new car at a cost of £249. Is it worth the extra money? I cannot apply a polish or sealant myself due to trouble with my upper arms and shoulder.

It is, but only if he'll do it for £200.
