Faulty sat nav in new Mazda 6

I am having problems with the sat nav in my new Mazda 6. The system failed soon after delivery and was eventually fixed by a Mazda technician who reconnected each wire in the cable.

Now, 5000 miles later, it has failed again with the same problem. This is very frustrating as I don't want the wiring loom/dashboard removed as I have no rattles or squeaks. What should I do?

I have one of these, now at 6500 miles. Two or three times the factory TomTom blanked out, but a bit of fiddling with the switches got it back. I don't think this is serious enough to reject the car on the grounds that you do not want the dash interfered with.

I have no feedback of a general problem, so it must be a fault with your car. Obviously, make sure the wiring recall work was carried out. After that my TomTom and the Bluetooth went back to their original factory settings so I had to programme and pair them again.
