Sourcing steel wheels for winter tyres?

I have just replaced winter tyres (205/45/16) with standard ones, and wonder whether a set of steel wheels could be found to fit the winter tyres for next season, and at what cost?

www.tyremen.co.uk does a set of 5 TUV approved and very well protected Alutec alloy wheels for £335 inc, which is cheaper than a new set of steels.
