Stilo diesel won't start?

I have a Fiat Stilo 1.9 JTD that will start OK but will not rev up. I have changed the EGR valve and throttle pedal to no effect. Can anyone help me?

Check the rubber intercooler hose from the turbo (outlet pipe) to see if it is split.

Over and above that , or if it is okay, then you may be best to have a diagnostic check carried out in the first instance, rather than changing further items.(The fault could be quite a few things hence the diagnostic)
