What's the best wheel and tyre combination for a quiet ride on my Jaguar?

I have a 2006 aluminium Jaguar XK4.2 on 19-inch rims fitted with Dunlop 'Sport' 245/40 ZR19 front and 275/35 ZR19 rears. Could you please recommend the best combination of rim diameter and tyre choice for a quieter and more comfortable ride?

The smallest size wheels available on the alloy XJ are 18-inch with 245/45 R18 tyres. They will fit, and give a bit more rubber between the rims and the road for a slightly more cushioned ride quality at the same circumference.
