Can clogged pollen filters cause drowsiness in drivers?

Your recent answer about the changing of pollen filters query struck a note for me. When the throughput of fresh air in the cabin is reduced, the danger of drowsiness is dramatically increased. And, of course, the chance of accidents. You could mention it.
