Can I get a diesel MPV without a DPF or DMF?

I have not once had a diesel engine-related problem despite being a diesel driver since 1985. In an attempt to preserve this record, I want to replace my 2007 Berlingo with a diesel which doesn't have a DPF or DMF. The car could be either an MPV or estate, must have manual transmission and will do about 10,000-12,000 miles per year. Any ideas?

There's no such thing. You can avoid a DMF with a Fiesta ECOnetic because engine electronics perform the same function, but that's the only DMF-free three or four cylinder manual diesel I know of. Torque converter diesel automatics also avoid the need for DMFs. Every diesel has had to have to have a DPF to meet EU5 regulations, effective from January this year. A new diesel couldn't be sold without one.
