Quickclear screen has a missing spot?
My Ford Focus 2011 with Quickclear front windscreen has a band approx 3" wide that does not defrost top to bottom, about the middle of the screen. Dealership said this is normal? Is it?

Yes, it's so that satnavs can pick up signals from satellites.
