Fault identified during road test not repaired - my rights?

I have just purchased a 2006 Fabia from a franchised dealer. On road test I identified noises from the front suspension/steering as if the anti roll bar bushes are worn. This was noted on the sales invoice. I have taken delivery of the car but the noises are still there. I have approached the dealer but feel they are fobbing me off as it passed an MOT. Do I have a right to insist on repair or reject the car if necessary?

Replacing anti roll bar sleeve bushes is a simple job, so demand that they do it and tell them if they don't you will take the car elsewhere and use www.moneyclaim.gov.uk to sue them for the bill.
