Unidentified grinding noise from an old Honda

I have a noise on the front end like road noise but louder. It is getting worse. The garage said it was a wheel bearing but they have changed the bearing and it is still the same.

They have no more suggestions for me. Does anyone know what it is?

Might be the wheel bearing the other side. They are notoriously difficult to pinpoint.
