Privacy glass

I'd like to replace my CRV ES with a new CRV SE which has all the spec. I want except privacy glass, which the ES has and which I would like. The dealer tells me that I can't have it factory fitted but that he will get a firm to do it for an extra £200. I'm a bit worried that it will not be up to the factory fitted job? Can't understand why Honda can not fit it.

A contractor can apply a film to the rear side and rear windows. They are usually so good at it that it's undetectable.
