Kia warranty - does it cover DPF?

After much thought I've decided to buy a secondhand Kia-approved Cee'd Ecodynamics for just over £10,000. The brand new seven-year warranty is obviously tempting, but does it cover the DPF/injection issues that all quote 'efficient' diesel engines have?

It won't cover the DPF if you stuff it, full of soot form repeated short runs from cols. But to be fair I have yet to hear of a DFP failure on a KIA.
