Lexus LS460: rust

I bought a 2007 Lexus LS460 from a Lexus main dealer in Nov 2011. Recently discovered bubbling rust on lower leading edge of sunroof - and it's already so far gone that flakes are falling on my head.

Lexus UK is completely intransigent: 'No deal, the car is over three years old'.

I am very disappointed - my previous LS400 was corrosion-free when I sold it at 15 years old. Is there anything I can do?

Read the warranty documentation very carefully. Could be that the car has been repaired. If so, it could be that the dealer who sold the car to you is liable.
