Engine Flushed when the manual says not to - where do I stand?

My car got engine flushed by a Ford garage but in the Ford Manual it says not to. Ever since I've had problems and now the turbo has gone. How do I stand with Ford?

Nowhere against Ford. Everywhere against the garage that botched the job. Tell them to fix it FoC or you'll see them in the small claims track of the county court.
