What should I do about rusty hubs?

Bought a 2011 Z4 five weeks ago from main BMW dealer 75 miles away. Car has been back to local main BMW dealer once to install trim screw covers missing from door handles, also to investigate and fix vermin damage to foam insulation pipe. The bill for this was sent to selling dealer.

I have since noticed rust on both rear disc hubs in one area so removed rear wheels for better look and found the hub nuts thick with rust. I am worried about bearing damage and whatever else I can't see. It looks to me as the cars has been standing in flood water.

Hubs are cast iron. They all rust unless you clean them up and paint them with Sperex VHT.
