Can I get Citroen to pay?

I have a Citroen Picasso on an 05 plate which I have owned from new.

One year into the warranty the power assisted steering pump went and was replaced by my local Citroen dealer under warranty with no quibble. One month before the three year warranty expired the same thing happened, and, again, I had this replaced under warranty by the same dealer.

This time though, the quibble was from me - it's happened twice within three years, is it going to happen again? I was assured by the dealers service manager that his is highly unlikely to reoccur.

Well, the inevitable has happened again. The steering is again a very heavy when cornering, and while I have had of the fluids checked by my local garage who found they are OK, it really looks like the pump has gone for the third time.

What are my own rights in asking Citroen to replace this pump for the third time, because, clearly, they do not seem to be of a quality that is fit for purpose?

Frankly, with times being hard, the £500-600 this going to cost is going to make a big dent in my monthly budget.

No rights against Citroen to force them to replace a component that you did not pay for.
