Private clamping - what's currently the law?
I am an independent retailer. Recently our landlord has imposed clamping rules to our service yard where we used to be able to place one car free. The service yard has a barrier which is permanantly broken.Can the company still legally clamp vehicles?

Yes. The law has not yet changed.
