Happy days?
I bought a new Honda Jazz in September 2010. It comes with Honda Happiness accident management cover. I am insured with Churchills. So if I have an accident, do I call Honda Happiness rather than Churchills. I understand from you replies to some people that this is a good thing, to avoid non-Honda parts and Credit Hire scams. Am I right?

I recently had a minor collision with a wall in my Ford S-Max. I decided to claim via my insurance company. They sent my car for assessment and it's come back as a Cat S - so a structural write-off.
