In diesel exposure

I have a 2009 Mercedes ML 320CDI still under warranty. If I leave it for over a day, when I come to start, it misfires very badly. When it does start, the car is engulfed in fumes. It has been back to the dealer but they can find nothing wrong. Any ideas.

The cold start glowplug system is not working properly so fuel in one or more combustion chambers is not combusting until the engine gets hot. Or the EGR is blocked. www.powerenhancer.co.uk offers an air inlet and EGR cleaning service that might sort it out.
