Should I buy an older Skoda Octavia vRS with higher mileage or a newer one with lower mileage?

Skoda Octavia vRS diesel: a good car, I believe. Big boot, fastish and good economy. Which makes better sense? A 2007 with 75,000 on the clock for about nine grand (inc sat nav), or a 2008 with 20,000 on clock for about 13 grand, again with sat nav? I do about 12,000 miles a year and would keep the car for about five years.
The 2008 will last longer and give you more opportunity to put it on a sensible service regime of 10,000 mile intervals. The 75,000-mile car might have been on longlife servicing and only had three services in its lifetime.
