Octavia windows opening

The windows on our Octavia open when the car is locked and left. This has happened several times and we have had a sat nav stolen as a result. Is this a common intermittent problem with Octavias?

Sometimes you can bump the buttons on the keyfob, but it's more likely to be due to moisture ingress to the locking and windows ECU inside the driver's door. This has been a VAG problem for 20 years.
