Fitting aftermarket alloy wheels

I have just bought my sister an 09 Fiesta Style 1.2 with 195/50/R15 Hankooks on steel wheels.

Having decided to treat her further I have located a set of Fox Racing alloys in excellent condition, fitted with 195/45/R15 Semperit Sports. There is plenty of tread on them.

With so small a difference in aspect ratio is this likely to make any significant difference to ride/handling, or meet with any objection or heavy excess from her insurer (Aviva)?

Bit of a daft thing to do because the insurer will load her premium for the modification and the lower aspect ratio will make the ride more uncomfortable and render the wheels and tyres more vulnerable to damage from speed humps and potholes.
