Extended warranty on a Dodge Dakota

I wrote to you a couple years ago asking whether an extended warranty for my newly purchased 2007 Dodge Dakota. I took your advice and purchased a LIFETIME bumper to bumper warranty from Chrysler for $2000 (UK 1288). I don't drive much (only 22,000 on the Dakota) but I expect this will be my last vehicle (I'm 64).

Thanks for the good advice and your always informative column.

That's good. Please keep me informed how you get on with the truck and the warranty over the years. Happy New Year to you.
