Extended warranty, worth it?

My car is nearly 3 years old and SEAT want to sell me an extended warranty; three options from £304-£202pa depending on coverage. However even the "gold" option has a very large list of exclusions. Is this a worthwhile expenditure in your opinion?

Not if it has a long list of exclusions which are the most likely things to go wrong.
