Resale/Trade-in value of optional extras

I'm probably trading in a Mercedes ML 320 CDI Sport on 06-plates for a VW Golf estate.

It has £5,400 worth of optional extras on it from new. What sort of value can I expect from the car, which is in very good condition. All of the optional extras still work. The car has don just over 40,000 miles.

Glass's Guide prices assume metallic paint and Command, so don't add more than £500 for the other extras to trade price of £19,225.
