My new car has not been delivered yet, when will it be registered?

My new Citroen eC4 was ready for delivery in November 2022 but it has still not arrived? When will it be registered?

It depends on where your Citroen is in the delivery process, but assuming it is not from stock it will not be registered until the vehicle has arrived in the UK, has passed a pre-delivery inspection and is ready to be sent out to the dealership.

We are taking delivery of a new car shortly. From a resale point of view is it better to register it in December or to wait until January.
