Audi Q5 sale

We were thinking of selling our Audi Q5 to an Audi dealer who has offered us £30.5 k. He has suggested payment in the form of a banker's draft, but is this the best form of payment and do the funds clear immediately or can they be recalled even after us paying them in? Any advice would be appreciated.

Will probably be OK, but a bank draft is not cash and it can be withdrawn. Strangely enough, after seven days some new rules state that a paid cheque cannot be revoked under any circumstances.
