How do I register a vehicle as disposed with the DVLA?

I have a 20 year old motorbike, which I have been using as a daily commuter for the past 5/6 years. It is now tired beyond use and I intend to dismantle it and sell for parts. I'm happy with the work as I have done all the maintenance myself the last 5/6 years, but whilst looking at the V5 I can see options for exporting and etc but nothing to register the vehicle as no longer existing. I have registered it as SORN. Any guidance on how to officially register the bike with the DVLA as disposed is appreciated.
