I recently took part in a couple of community clean up days in villages in my area. Much of the litter along the verges appeared to come from cars. Cars have glove compartments, cigarette lighters and drink holders but I've not come across a car with a proper trash bin. Do you think a bin inside a car would reduce litter and that car manufacturers could be persuaded to offer one? Or do you have any other ideas to reduce roadside litter apart from draconian fines?
