Do I need to re-register my Cat S write off to get it back on the road?

I have bought my Cat S write off back. Do I need to re-register it even though I have owned it for several years? And do I need to re-MoT it as there is six months MoT left?

You need to notify DVLA, then re-apply for a new V5, you can be fined £1000 if you do not make them aware www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-for...e
