Porsche has given the Porsche Macan Electric the GTS treatment. As with various other Porsche GTS models since the 1960s, the Macan Electric gets extra power andmechanical revisions to make it even more sporty and driver-focused than the standard car.
The headline figures? Well the rear-axle electric motor from the Macan Electric Turbo is carried over into the GTS, delivering up to 571PS for a 0-62mph time of 3.8 seconds.
The Macan Electric GTS is not just about power, however. Porsche's Sport Chrono Package is standard and includes the Track mode from the Porsche Taycan, which increases battery cooling and generally sets the car up to be driven hard.
The centre of gravity has been lowered from the standard car, with sports air suspension that rides 10mm lower for better handling. This can be enhanced further with optional rear-wheel steering.
Porsche has also added new sounds to the Macan Electric through a beefy Bose Surround Sound system plus there are visual upgrades to signify the GTS specification.

2026 Porsche Macan Electric GTS styling, interior and technology

The Porsche Macan Electric GTS builds on the standard car by adding a new front and rear end, which will form the basis for a new Sport Design Package on all Macan models from 2026.
Various details around the car's exterior, such as the wheel arch trims and spoiler lip, are painted black, as is now standard on all GTS models plus there are Matrix LED headlights. The car rides on 21-inch alloy wheels in Anthracite Grey, with 22-inch wheels available as an option.
White and Black paint are included as standard, but there are myriad other colours to choose from, with prices starting at £778 for the Shades collection of hues, rising up to £2361 for the Legends collection.
You can also have your car painted to match a sample that you supply, for just £7913. New colours for the Porsche Macan Electric GTS include Carmine Red and Lugano Blue.
Inside, the seats are upholstered with a material called Race-Tex, with elements of black leather and the front passengers can enjoy 18-way adjustable sports seats. An optional GTS Interior Package lets you colour-coordinate the interior with the exterior paint while the actual colour of the car is reflected in the 3D visualisation of the vehicle in the central display.

The same rear-axle motor from the Porsche Macan Electric Turbo is fitted into the Macan Electric GTS. It delivers 516PS most of the time, but bumps up to 571PS of overboost oomph with Launch Control, as well as a maximum of 955Nm of torque. That gives it a 0-62mph time of 3.8 seconds and a limited top speed of 155mph.
The official range of the 100kWh battery is up to 363 miles, with a maximum DC charging speed of 270kW, which means a top-up from 10% capacity to 80% is possible in 21 minutes with a suitable charger.
