Skoda announces £24,390 Yeti Monte Carlo

Skoda has introduced a new Monte Carlo trim level to the Yeti range. Priced from £24,390, the Monte Carlo gets a black roof, black alloy wheels, black door mirrors and specific body styling including a spoiler and rear diffuser, both finished in black. There are also black-tinted fog light surrounds.

Inside you get a three-spoke steering wheel, sports seats and Monte Carlo upholstery, along with all the gear you get on SE trim Yeti models. This includes rear parking sensors, aux-in, cruise control and dual-zone climate control. The Yeti Monte Carlo is available in red, white, silver or grey.

Just one engine option is offered – a 2.0-litre TDI diesel with 170PS 4x4. A six-speed manual transmission is standard but buyers can specify a six-speed DSG for an additional £1100. Manual models achieve official economy of 49.6mpg, with emissions of 149g/km and a 0-62mph time of 8.4 seconds.
