Renault introduces Clio Renaultsport Raider

Renault is set to launch a special edition of the Clio Renaultsport 200 - known as the Raider. The limited edition model will be available to order from the end of October and is limited to a run of 50 cars in the UK.

The limited edition Raider is finished in matt paintwork in either Stealth Grey or Diavolo Red which contrasts with a gloss black roof, rear spoiler, F1-style front blade, rear diffuser and door mirrors. The 18-inch alloy wheels are also gloss and are fitted with Bridgestone RE 050A tyres, as used on the Megane Renaultsport 265 Trophy.

The Raider comes with the Cup chassis as standard featuring a lower ride height, stiffer springs and dampers, quicker steering ratio and red Brembo brake callipers. Inside there are leather Recaro seats, a zinc grey finish to the centre console and fascia inserts and a white rev counter. Bluetooth, USB connectivity, automatic climate control and Renaultsport carpet mats are also fitted. 

Customers can order the Raider with a no cost choice of either Renaultsport Monitor – Renaultsport’s on-board telemetry system – or Carminat TomTom Live satellite navigation.
