BMW 3 series - Auto box clunk when stationery - dd1962

Hi, I have a 2007 BMW 3 series coupe 2000i with 27,00 miles. The auto box is giving a clunk or judder when in stationery and in drive waiting at lights etc. Stationery, not moving forward.

Any ideas please.

Ouch! 2700 miles isn't much for a 5 year old car. If it's always running cold could this have caused excess wear (very low miles can be a lot worse than high miles on a car)

Others will know more about autos than I, but:

# have you checked the oil levels?
# has it had scheduled oil changes?
