As this motor has my vote for the ugliest vehicle for quite some time (even allowing for Multipla) howsabout making the cash back
£12003 and net price £3k. Might consider buying one then plus disguise for self whilst driving same.

Indeed - it was sort of obvious that a family car that looks like something the Munsters drove around in would only be fashionable for a short while and then people would say "Hang on, that looks terrible - I'm not driving around in one of them". How long before the SUV contingent decide "Wait a minute - this thing looks like a shed on wheels and I never go off-road anyway - why didn't I just buy a proper saloon or estate....?"

It's another car which markets itself by trying to convince you that you are expressing your indviduality by buying one. There are several offenders who use this marketing tactic. Such and such a car is more cool or quirky or cute. In the PT cruiser, the optional flames paint job does not quite manage to convince me I must say. :-)

Exactly. The PT would have been on JC's "cool" board for about a week and then moved smartly left to join the other naff autos.
