And what exactly is a "commercial site"? One which is linked to an organisation selling something? A newspaper? Is a link to a news story therefore spam?

I am amazed these people put this "endorsement" on their website. Some would find it offensive, others may well feel revulsion. What good is it as a piece of advertising?

Any chance the site was hacked, I wonder?

I assumed it was the IT guy on his last day but hacked could explain it.

I'm surprised the company have not noticed it yet as it's on a lot of places around t'internet.
