the above lights are coming up on the dashboard and i want to know whats the reason for this

They will come up if you loose traction in snow or on ice, if they come up ad lib then you have a fault.

Probably with the ABS and the ESP systems.

The two systems are interlinked & both use info from the ABS sensors. Probably just a faulty ABS sensor but you will need to get the fault codes read to point you in the right direction.
