Jeez, more proof that in todays society its not worth helping anyone...it costs too much in every way.

The nearest city to me is Birmingham and people are actually advised to walk on by, to avoid confrontations etc if they see something bad going on. Disgraceful, I feel for the lady in the news and I hope she takes someone to court to recover her costs if the insurance doesnt pay, hopefully she was fully comp! Luckily a small claims action could pay for the Vectra but still....

She'll be able to claim against the services. In the meantime she should be entitled to a courtesy car.

So sad to hear people are being advised to pass by on the other side, what an awful world we live in. Fortunately there are still good Samaritans around, Jesus would approve.

I'd bypass Birmingham as well just as a general rule.

Wise decision, the whole city is a cackhole frankly, but needs must and an occasional commute in has to happen, much to my chagrin!
