Skoda Fabia vRS - There are very few secondhand cars for sale - leafydrive

Been looking for the last few weeks and there's not much around, is this normal or does the festive season dampen availability. If so, when is it likely to pickup?

Trying to decide if I should wait a couple of weeks in the hope that availability improves.

The late MK1 Fabia vRS is (rightly) held in high regard. Owners hang on to them, and when they do sell, they comand top dollar. A decent one will be well out of your budget I'm afraid.

A friend of mine has an 07 model. About a year ago he received an unsolicited offer from a Skoda dealer asking if he would sell. The offer? £6000. The car only cost £12500 new. Staggering residuals.

Sorry I meant the 1.9 tdi and not the VRS, yes you're right the latter is well and truly out of my budget.
