Hyundai hasn't sold a 7-seat MPV in Europe since 2006 and the 2013 Santa Fe has been launched as a 5 or 7-seat CUV with 2wd and 4wd options so it's quite possible there won't be a Hyundai version of the Karens.

Both Hyundai and Kia are well aware that having the two brands competing against each other isn't good business sense - but it's not really clear to outsiders just how they're going to separate their individual brand images.
