If its 6 cylider V then from the front LH bank are 1,3,5 and RH bank 2,4,6.

Before you try to remove a glow plug from the engine I suggest you douse it in WD40 and leave overnight if you break it taking it out it will prove mighty expensive and these engines are renown for stuck glowplugs.
