FIAT Punto v reg - heater does not work HELP!!!! - MR BOND 007

hi

i have a fiat punto elx V reg its that time of year where everything goes wrong lol . i started the car up at the weekend and put the heater on to clear the icey windows it blows for about 2 seconds an then just cuts out and hasnt worked since the fan is not blowing (hot or cold ) . please can someone help me

Sounds like the fuse has blown. Check the cabin fuse box and there should be a circuit diagram on the box cover telling which one to replace. There might even be some spare fuses in there!

If fuse intact check the fan resistor pack ( passenger footwell I think). Connectors can make poor contact, get hot etc.. Sometimes cleaning/tightning up does the trick.
