Vauxhall Corsa semi-auto - no gears - michygirl

Hi, my corsa has just suddenly stoped going in gear it starts ok all normal but when i put it in 1st gear or any gear it just dont move can any one help.

Nobody likes these cars, Vauxhall made a strange electro-hydraulic gearbox that nobody knows much about, I can't remember what it was called.

I do know, when the the clutches go wrong, the gearboxes have to be recalibrated electonically somehow and the results saved on the ECU.

I can't imagine why it never caught on.

did you find out what it was???

mine did it on 1/11/2012 mine dont go anywhere, think its the cluch assy, dont know yet. what have you been told#

They always blame this on the plastic link from the gear stick to the gear box.

I wonder if it's really down to a clutch on its way out or needing a bleed
