2.5l Diesel Chrysler Voyager 1999 - removing the power steering pump and oil cooler - DocBrown

I am trying to remove the Power steering pump from the car it is all but disconnected I just can't seem to remove the nut from the pulley wheel.

Also trying to remove the Oil cooler, it is also disconnected and oil filter removed i have removed a nut from the left hand side of the cooler but can't findhow to remove it.

Can anyone give me any advice or tips thanks.
