We have bought a toyota yaris. The rear wiper does not work. Looking at the connection, there are two blue wires and one black and white wire.

Assuming the black and white is common / negative there is just under 12V between one blue and the common. There is then only milliVolts between the other blue and common at the motor connection plug.

Should there be supply on all three (12V on both the blue wires and 0V on the white) pointing to a broken wire?

I think one supply is from the wash/wipe switch and one from the wipe switch.. Try operating the wash/wipe. If the wiper still does not work, you should check the voltages. If both Blue to earth (BW) are 12V the motor is dead..

(That's my interpreation of Hatnes wiring manual)
