Citroen berlingo 1.9 diesel van - citroen berlingo diesel van - fatherbear

hi, changed starter motor on citroen berlingo van, runing fine before, after new starter motor van sounding like bag of nails also radiator fan on continuously, have had injectors check , these are fine , any suggestions please,

Does it have the EPIC semi electronic pump, if so there will be one injector with a wire connected to it, this controls the pump timing, if its missing or broken this could cause the problem or could be the sensor in the injector is not working.

Hi Peter, thanks for suggestion, yes it has one . but this appears to be fine, had the injectors tested and apparently ok.

Might be an idea to test the continuity of the sensor to earth, I don't know whether they would automatically do that when checking the injector mechanically.
