2008 Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge - Subframe Brackets - JFP

Just taken my Fiat 500 in for level 3 service and MOT. 20,000 miles on the clock. Failed MOT because I need new offside rear subframe brackets...is this normal?

4 yr old Fiat. Do you have a FIAT warranty?

If so go to the Service Manager and complain, loudly. Tell them you want FIAT UK involved- is this meant to be acceptable quality from FIAT??

COntact Trading Standards and complain.

Subframe parts are not a service items, apart for the bushes (maybe). ( I am no expert on Fiat 500)
