He's probably raking in enough advertising revenue from re-directing me to Papa John's Pizza every ten minutes.

Just use a browser that supports ad blocking - for all it's faults there are merits to using Firefox.

...me too.

I only buy the DT on a weekend for the Motoring
Section and the crossword.

Come back HJ all is forgiven

Ditto. I like the travel section as well though.

All that Goodwood and none of my favourite bits!! Boo!

I've just had a horrible thought-you dont think he's sold out for multiple millions to the DT, a bit like Martin Lewis with his moneysavingexpert website?

Same disappointment here.

It took me a record short time to read this week's DT Motoring. I know they are the "media sponsor" of the Goodwood thing, but is it me, but it seems a bit like the days of the Horse of the Year show, when seemingly it was on all the time.

DT Motoring is not what is used to be, apart from HJ's bits.

And then it gets worse when they get columns from Alexi Sayle. Almost wish for James May to come back - but his columns were getting tedious too, IMHO.

But still, I buy it!

He used to be really good, then starting becoming really twee and tedious. Clarkson's Sumday Times column has become tedious too. I suspect they are spreading their talents too widely.

Another disappointed punter here - didn't want to swallow a whole load of gumph about Goodwood, just wanted the Saturday fix of questions from HJ, as I have done for many years now.

Look after the advertsers by all means but don't forget those that pay the cover price every week ;)

If you're in need of this kind of 'fix', there are lots of Qs and As in the Ask HJ section of this site.

There's a wealth of information on here, and for anyone who has joined us recently, do have a good look round if you haven't already.
