I was recently in a bump with another car when I was doing below 10MPH so there was no damage to the bumper apart from some flaky Laquer. The bumper was fine and so was the paint. I have been quoted £120 to get it repaired. Can I not just buy Laquer from a Motor Factors and apply it myself? The car is 8 years old and is silver. Any advice would be great.Thanks
